2. Order Placement: Commit to placing 4 orders totalling $1,000 per year. 
3. Business License: Prospective wholesale customers must possess a valid business license, which serves as documented proof that they are operating a legitimate business entity. Customers who possess a valid tax-exempt certificate will be exempt from tax charges. 
4. Questionnaire: We require all potential wholesale customers to complete a brief questionnaire that provides us with essential information about their business. This questionnaire helps us understand their industry, target market, and specific needs, enabling us to better serve them as valued customers.
5. Minimum Order Size: a minimum order size of $300 is required. Additionally, we will provide a personal coupon code that can only be used when logged into your account, and shipping will be free. Please note that there is a $2.00 fee for ice-brix to protect your order from heat. 
6. Order Frequency: Wholesale customers should place a minimum of four orders per year, totaling $1,000 or more. This helps us ensure a consistent business relationship and maintain a mutually beneficial partnership.
7. Payment Terms: Wholesale orders must be paid for in advance using a credit card. This helps streamline the ordering process and ensures prompt payment, allowing us to fulfill orders efficiently and maintain smooth operations.
