What do you do if an order is incorrect?
We're sorry to hear this! If an order is wrong please contact us right away so we can fix it. All of our order processing is done manually by real humans, mistakes happen, but we'll make it right! Please reach out to us by phone or email as quickly as possible. Reports of any order issue must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the order. We'll ask what is wrong and for some information from the packing slip included in the shipping box. From there, depending on the cost of the mistake, we can ship a new product or issue a refund to your original payment or store credit. Damaged product or items you are not happy with should never be discarded before a resolution is reached. A photo of the damaged products may be required for claims.
Do you guarantee shipping times?
Unfortunately we don't. We cannot be responsible for late, lost or damaged deliveries by UPS. We will cooperate with you in every way to track your package and file a claim if necessary.
My order is melted. Now what?
If you purchased the $2.00 ice pack protection, we can either issue a refund, store credit, or if the temperatures look better in the near future we can try another shipment. Damaged product or items you are not happy with should never be discarded before a resolution is reached. Any damage or melting must be reported within 2 weeks of receipt of the order. A photo of the damaged products may be required for claims. Unfortunately, if the ice packs are not purchased, melted candy is not eligible for compensation.
