Which payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We also accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay through our website. If you place your order over the phone for the exact cost of the order, you may also mail a check or money order.

How long should a refund take to reach me?

Refunds are processed on our end the same day as the request. The time frame for you to see it on your end varies depending on your bank or credit card company. Many cases you'll see the refund right away but it may take a few days to show on your statement. You will receive an email receipt right away if we have an email address for you.

Can I pay with a check or money order?

Yes, please call us during east coast business hours to place your order. The number is 1-866-929-5477. Leave a message if the line goes to voice mail. Coupon Codes will NOT be honored. Orders paid with a money order will ship the next business day after it is received. Orders paid with a check will be held until the check clears our bank which is about 2 weeks.

Do you accept credit cards from outside the US?

We only accept credit cards with a US billing address.
