Do you offer candy subscriptions?

Yes we do! You can find the products we offer as a subscription here. 

How do your subscriptions work? 

When ordering a subscription you select the product you'd like and how often you'd like it to arrive. You can ship it to yourself or gift it to someone and we'll ship it directly to them. 

How do I pay?

You will be charged the day you place the first order and again on that date for the renewal. Renewals are autogenerated until you cancel. 

Can I send 3 months worth of candy?

This isn't something that is automatic. Once a subscription is created it will continue to renew until you cancel it.  

How does your monthly Candy Box Subscription work? 

• Your Candy Box Subscription ships out the 1st week of every month.
• If you started a subscription after the 1st of the month, your first box will ship the 1st week of next month.
• One week before your next box is set to ship, we will email you asking if you wish to receive the month’s box or if you want to pause until next month.
